Bangkok Day2 (4Aug12) :Rot Fai Market~❤
I never get enough of shopping in bangkok. We decided to visit Talad Rot Fai Vintage market. Rot Fai Market is an open air flea market set beside an abandon railroad track. It took us quite some time to located the place.
Directions: Cross the street from Section 2 of Chatuchuk. You will be able to see a stretch of shops selling furniture.Turn left and walk all the way straight. When you see Kamphaenghet MRT Station, follow the side of the station and walk all the way straight. You will pass by alot of shops selling water features. Soon, you will reached a premise surrounded by wire fencing. Just enter the gate, you will read Rot Fai.You may wants to follow the crowd from the MRT station. Most people will be heading towards the market.
We were there at around 7pm.We were kind of early as everyone seem to be busy setting up their stalls. We went around taking photos 1st. I simply love the market ! You will be able to find anything that vintage ranging from clothes to furnitures.
I love the vintage shops and cafe at the side. They had very unique vintage pieces. How i wish i own them too. Some of the stalls were operating on mini volkswagen vans. They were simply cute.

We headed back to hotel via taxi. Before heading back to hotel , we went 7-Eleven to get more drinks. Hubby gotten supper from 7-Eleven. CP Wanton soup , CP honey chicken and Fried chicken with sticky rice. The CP wanton soup and honey chicken was nice but the Fried chicken with sticky rice taste normal only. We also bought the whole series of the One Piece Cartoon box drink by Oiishi. I love the Honey lemon flavour.
